What is ZZoomm Photo Service?
ZZoomm provides photographs and inspections for the insurance industry.
What area do you cover?
The entire New York metro area, including all boroughs of New York City, Long Island, Westchester, Rockland, Putnam & Duchess, and also parts of New Jersey and Connecticut.
What is the fee?
ZZoomm fees start as low at $15.00 for as many as six (6) exterior photos of houses, buildings, vehicles or boats.
How long does it take to get you the photos?
In as little as one day the photographs can be emailed to you as attachments. Occasionally a client will make an ASAP request and it will be, when possible, accomodated the same day. Typically the photographs are received within a few days, unless otherwise specified; and always within one week. Upon receipt of the request you are notified of the delivery date.
What is your privacy policy?
All information concerning our clientele, and that of the insureds, are held in the strictest confidence, subject only to applicable laws and regulations.
Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?
Yes, 24 hours before the sheduled shoot, you can cancel up the time of the shoot without charge.
How many photos will you take?
Typical shoots include a front and rear photo. ZZOOMM will provide up to six (6) photographs of the premises (or vehicle) without additional charge. So a detached garage and/or shed will also be photographed at no extra charge. In the event of additional structures, i.e.: cottages at a resort- $2.00 per structure will be charged. "Flood photos", in and of themselves bear no additional charges.
How can I order?
Simply email, fax, or call in your request. You will be contacted promptly and your advised of the the scheduling of the inspection and the fees. For further information, please go to the contact page
How do I get my photos and reports?
Photographs, inspection reports and diagrams of the premises are emailed to you as attachments.
What if there is no access to the rear?
Photos of the front and sides will be provided. Every effort will be made to photograph the rear from a corner, obtain permmission from a neighbor, or even from another block, if practical.
What if the ZZOOM representative sees an underwriting concern?
It will be photographed and sent to you and the fee is included, not additional, up to the total of six (6) photographs.
What if the wrong property is photographed?
If the mistake is ours, we will promptly take and send the correct photos to you. There will be no charge for the first set, and a discount for the second, correct, set. If the mistake is yours, we will promptly take the correct photos, but of course will will be billed for both sets of photos. We may waive the additional fee for established clients on a case by case basis. Each location is mapped out prior to the appointment. In the event there is a concern, i.e.: Front Street is given to us as Fromt Street, -we will advise you of the concern prior to the appointment. There is no charge for this service.
What if my company only allows authorized inspectors?
Let us know of your concerns. We strive to be within full compliance.
What if an appointment in necessary?
When an is necessary, for vehicles, or interior photos, such as NYPIUA photos, our representative will call the insured and schedule the appointment, and you will be made aware of the scheduling via email. There is a slight additional fee. You are always advised of the total fee before the services are performed.
Should the insured be notified?
Absolutely. Our representative go to the home or business with the assumption that the homeowner, or business owner has given permission for him or her to be there.
Will you photograph in whatever resolution I require?
Yes, simply let us know the resolution when you place your order.
When will I be billed?
Invoices are sent on the first of the month for the services rendered the prior month.
Do you store my photographs?
Yes, we have found that from time to time our clients require additional sets of the photos to be re-sent. The process is usually very fast, and there is no additional charge.
